You do need an Apple Developer account, but that’s also free.

That’s true for the old version of Origami, but not anymore! Origami Studio requires no Apple Dev account.

I am using Adobe XD mostly, but Webflow is a future I think. Great tool for quick MVP’s without coding.
And for the real tangible UX Tools like Iphone Stencils, Framers and Sketchbook, check UXStore.
